Merchants Corner offers 30 beautiful, clean, affordable housing units. Units range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and are fully accessible. Utilities and air conditioning included. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking available. No smoking and no pet policies.

If you're interested in living at Merchants Corner, please complete the application online and submit it directly to our property managers, Winnipeg Housing Rehabilitation Corporation. A paper-based application and eligibility criteria can be downloaded below (see Housing Application Package).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants will be prioritized according to the following criteria:

Currently enrolled in or accepted at an educational institute or training program in the North End of Winnipeg.
Students from other educational institutions in need of affordable housing.
People accessing support services (daycare, school, work, programs, etc.) in the North End.
People who experience barriers to accessing housing.
Referred from support agencies that are in partnership with Merchants Corner Inc.
- Criteria for support agencies:
  - Can identify how agency provides Case Management and wrap-around support to clients.
  - Willing to be first point of contact if there are issues with the tenant.
